The Commission for the Monument to
the Victims of State Terrorism was created by Article 3 of Law 46
of the City of Buenos Aires. It called and organized the International
Sculpture Contest "Parque de la Memoria" and supervises the carrying
out of the works for the realization of the park. |
It also has powers to receive new reports about people detained-missing and murdered by State Terrorism and to evaluate their inclusion in the Monument's roster. Commission for the Monument to the Victims of State Terrorism is constituted by legislators and representatives of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires and the human rights organizations. |
